• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team and provide training.
• Communicate sales updates and analyses to department team members.
• Define and oversee objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
• Support operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
• Coordinate visual merchandising activities.

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Passionate about the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
