Summary
Responsible for leading the Ready to Wear Shoes and Accessories department at the flagship store, driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence while reporting to the Store Director. The role focuses on department performance, client development, team coaching, and alignment with company strategy and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee department performance, customer service, and brand image on the sales floor.
- Drive and exceed sales targets for the RTW Shoes and Accessories department.
- Develop and maintain accurate client records and execute clienteling strategies.
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve competencies and performance.
- Collaborate with Store Director on recruiting, training, and staff development.
- Manage operational functions including opening and closing the department and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and partnership with back of house team.
- Uphold the brand service standards and manage client relationships professionally.
- Maximize department business potential in line with company strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of ready to wear, shoes, and accessories in luxury retail operations.
- Proven leadership ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Goal oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and strong brand ambassador qualities.
- Experience with clienteling and luxury client relationship management.
- Ability to perform operational and back office tasks accurately.
