The Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty while achieving assigned brand sales targets. This commission-based retail specialist role delivers expert product knowledge, executes brand initiatives, and supports store operations in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal sales and brand targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Share product expertise with the store selling team and attend educational sessions
- Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities, events, and assortment recommendations
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients about events and merchandise requests
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management when required
- Maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager
- Comply with health safety and privacy policies
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast paced, multitask environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
