Responsibilities
- Advise customers on styling and wardrobe completion for men's apparel
- Create connections through in-store interactions and digital tools such as text and social apps
- Drive sales by setting appointments and conducting outreach during events and non-event periods
- Follow up with customers after purchases and invite them to events and loyalty programs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and assist across departments
- Sell throughout departments to gain exposure to new styles and customers
- Handle merchandise including lifting and organizing stock on the sales floor
Requirements
- Styling and wardrobe knowledge with ability to advise customers on looks
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
