Retail Cashier And Sales Floor Support - The Mall At Green Hills

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns and inquiries, maintaining a tidy and well-stocked sales environment, and supporting order fulfillment and pickup as needed. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied schedules. The position involves physical activity including lifting and continuous movement for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver high quality customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers
• Build customer relationships by informing them about events, gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow through and problem solving ability
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
