Diamond Supply Lead

The Diamond Supply Lead is responsible for coordinating serialized and melee diamonds to work orders for both internal and external manufacturing. This role involves inventory control of diamond assets, compliance coordination, and process improvement initiatives, along with oversight of FG supplier initiatives.

• Oversee daily diamond supply ensuring timely delivery to customers within service level agreements.
• Perform demand vs. resource comparison and communicate challenges to management.
• Utilize JD Edwards for inventory adjustment transactions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain transaction documentation and support work order maintenance.
• Run reports to evaluate diamond supply progress and communicate with partners.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting and audit requirements.
• Partner on diamond supply training initiatives and SOP documentation.
• Monitor and execute cycle counts confirming accuracy according to location on hand totals.
• Partner with Management to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work safely and ensure compliance with safety procedures and corporate policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4-5 years’ experience in Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading a team towards common goals.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced experience using MS Office.
• Preferred: Six Sigma/Lean Green belt certification, experience with JDE Software, and knowledge of Tiffany business practices.
