Summary

The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, supporting store operations, and acting as a link between management and sales associates. This role involves building customer relationships to drive sales, assisting with merchandising, and motivating the team to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with daily store management and coordination.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Check in merchandise and assist with stock organization.
• Prepare and make deposits as needed following cash procedures.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and cash protection.
• Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Maintain a clientele book and build long term customer relationships.
• Merchandise the sales floor to maintain brand standards and presentation.
• Motivate and assist sales associates to meet and exceed objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and under pressure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective team relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office.
