As the Director of Client Development and Experience at the NY 57th Street Boutique, you will lead the clienteling strategy and enhance the client journey in the new Flagship House of Dior. Your role involves developing top-tier clients, recruiting new clients, and fostering relationships within the local society.

• Define and implement clienteling strategy across all client tiers.
• Act as the Top Client Ambassador for the House of Dior in 57th Street.
• Manage VIP rooms and develop a calendar of animations to engage clients.
• Lead the hospitality team and oversee food and beverage offerings.
• Promote a culture of Client Development and Experience within the Boutique.
• Partner with various teams to ensure an exceptional client journey.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in client development or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
• Experience in managing events and client activations.
• Knowledge of the NYC market and networking opportunities.
