Summary
Reporting to the Director of Retail Training, the Regional Training Manager organizes and delivers training programs across in-store, virtual and classroom settings to coach and develop store teams and support the retail network. The role partners with business units and regional leadership to enhance learning impact, track training effectiveness and support store performance initiatives. This position requires travel to regional locations and coordination of training rollouts and materials.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional retail training programs for the retail population
- Create training materials based on market initiatives business priorities and individual needs
- Coordinate and facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members with retail management
- Partner with store and regional management to support business objectives via briefings and learning tools
- Facilitate training modules and roll out seasonal e-learning courses and follow up on completion
- Provide mentorship to store teams to improve the client experience
- Support creation and implementation of action plans to achieve store and individual performance goals
- Track supervise and evaluate the impact of regional training activities
- Prioritize administrative responsibilities and ensure budget guidelines are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience delivering sales service or product training preferably in luxury retail
- Retail sales or management experience
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint to run reports analyze data and create content
- Ability to lead and deliver large scale projects across many locations
- Strong planning organizational analytical and problem solving skills
- Self motivated with initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
