Seeking an Expert Client Advisor specializing in Women's Ready-to-Wear to act as a brand ambassador, lead sales in the category, provide product expertise and client development, and support the store team through coaching and trainings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for Women's Ready-to-Wear and maintain outstanding product knowledge
- Drive ready-to-wear business and achieve top seller performance in the category
- Provide product training and support for new launches to the sales team
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients and clienteling activities
- Lead morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching to communicate corporate strategy
- Observe selling ceremonies and partner with team members to improve selling techniques
- Collaborate with Store Manager to provide feedback and drive business initiatives
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and deep knowledge of the ready-to-wear category
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proven sales performance and ability to lead by example in the category
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships through clienteling
- Analytical and commercial ability to support business growth
- Ability to train and coach team members effectively
