Fashion Advisor - Bellagio

Summary

As a Fashion Advisor at the Bellagio boutique, you will deliver exceptional client service and use your fashion expertise to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. You will work in-person on the sales floor with the boutique team to convert walk-ins, increase client retention, and support business objectives. The role requires a service-minded approach, professionalism, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Accept and manage repairs and alterations with consistent client follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team and report to boutique leadership to meet sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client service orientation
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for fashion and the House of Chanel; foreign language skills preferred
