Fashion Advisor - Crystals

As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL Crystals, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and driving business revenue. You will work alongside a diverse sales team to inspire brand loyalty and increase client conversion and retention.

• Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL and its offerings.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
