Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention at the Westfield UTC boutique. This full-time, front-of-house role focuses on building lasting client relationships, inspiring brand loyalty, and supporting boutique leadership and the sales team. The role requires in-person availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Support intake of repairs and coordinate alterations, maintaining consistent client communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive business results and exceed targets.
• Use fashion knowledge to inspire clients and promote product offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for client experience and fashion.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
