Fashion Consultant - Fifth Avenue Club

As a Fashion Consultant at the Fifth Avenue Club, you will be responsible for driving your personal shopping business by providing outstanding service to clients in an exclusive space. You will establish new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts and drive overall sales volume while adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by developing excellent client relationships.
• Initiate and utilize Club events to recruit new clients and increase sales.
• Generate and share ideas with the team to develop business opportunities and maximize sales.
• Utilize online clientele resource tools to maintain client information and preferences.
• Source products for client appointments through various inventory networks.
• Engage with clients and perform basic alterations fittings with guidance.
• Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and drive business.
• Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a luxury sales environment.
• Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
• Experience with sales quotas and meeting sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Established network and ability to drive business digitally through content creation.
