The Fitting Room Service Ambassador I provides attentive, guest-focused service in the fitting room area to ensure a smooth and pleasant try-on experience. This part-time role supports the sales team by assisting customers, maintaining fitting room presentation, and handling merchandise returns to the sales floor. The ambassador enforces store policies, monitors fitting room activity, and helps create a welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they enter and use the fitting rooms
• Manage fitting room occupancy and ensure items are returned to the sales floor
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the fitting room area
• Communicate with sales associates about guest needs and inventory locations
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or policy violations to management

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle merchandise as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
