Seasonal Ambassador - The Landmark

Summary

The Seasonal Ambassador greets and welcomes clients, creates a warm luxury experience on the sales floor, and supports the sales team by managing client flow and store presentation at The Landmark. This role focuses on client engagement, hospitality, and facilitating seamless handoffs to Sales Professionals to enhance the in-store customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, providing a warm and courteous in-store experience
• Manage floor waiting lists and direct clients to appropriate Sales Professionals
• Engage clients with brand storytelling and introduce product and service offerings
• Support hospitality and selling events and maintain stocked, clean sales floor areas
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Communicate potential service issues and client impressions to management
• Safeguard store property and handle sensitive client information per guidelines

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of New York City attractions, restaurants, and shopping helpful for guest interactions
• Experience in luxury hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or security roles preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus
• Authorization to work in the United States
