Responsibilities

• Greet customers, manage fitting room capacity, and monitor items brought into fitting rooms
• Assist customers with garment selection and offer styling suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and prepare merchandise (steaming, folding, re-racking)
• Collaborate with sales associates to locate sizes, process returns or exchanges, and support floor operations
• Follow store procedures related to merchandise handling, presentation, and security

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
