Responsibilities

• Complete Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire train manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction and following company procedures
• Monitor productivity and control labor and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations including food handling where required

Requirements

• 2+ years full service upscale restaurant management experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Career ambition in the food and beverage industry
• Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
