Summary

The Greeter serves as the first and final point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, polished welcome and elevated concierge-style service. This role manages the store entrance, provides directional assistance, and supports smooth hand-offs to sales and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is personable, poised, and focused on creating a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and farewell customers entering and exiting the store
• Open and close the store entrance door and maintain a clean, welcoming entry
• Act as a concierge by providing directions, store information, and introductions to team members
• Manage guest flow and communicate with store leadership for seamless hand-offs
• Maintain knowledge of store layout, product categories, and service offerings

Requirements

• Prior customer-facing, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, poised demeanor
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
• Strong situational awareness, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills
