Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling and product recommendations
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to build lasting customer relationships
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner
- Process transactions and promote store services
- Assist across sales floor, fitting room, and other store areas
- Maintain selling floor, restock merchandise, and process new receipts
- Ensure compliance with will-call, hold policies and credit procedures
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet sales goals
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer trends
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred
- Effective communication and ability to build meaningful client connections
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 30lb
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale technology
- Motivated and results driven with ability to meet sales goals
