Responsibilities

• Recruit hire train develop and motivate department sales team
• Assist department manager in achieving volume and productivity goals through business planning
• Coach and lead salespeople to deliver outstanding customer service
• Actively sell on the floor to build long lasting customer relationships
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Support accurate inventory management and meet shrinkage goals
• Collaborate with store leaders and merchandisers to drive results

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales results and strong productivity
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a commission based environment
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experience building productive relationships with managers and merchandisers
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
