Inventory Control Specialist - Aventura

Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist manages the boutiques inventory operations, ensuring accurate receiving, ticketing, processing and documentation of merchandise and shipments. This role supports cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, processes after-sales service and returns, and maintains shipping and store supplies to support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in incoming shipments and returns, processing them into inventory the same business day
• Print and ticket merchandise, process price updates and manage packing, shipping, transfers and RTVs
• Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventory reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for receiving, shipping and after-sales service
• Manage inventory for damages and replenish shipping, selling and store supplies
• Work with store management to analyze inventory needs and develop replenishment strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze information, multi-task with accuracy and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with inventory systems and external shipping software
• Awareness of asset protection and inventory control procedures
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
