Inventory Specialist - Miami Design District

Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient flow of goods into, within, and out of the boutique to support an exceptional client experience. This role maintains stock accuracy, executes cycle counts and physical inventory, and coordinates shipments in accordance with brand standards. The Specialist works closely with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager and requires consistent in-store presence.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and accurately record inventory in the system
• Organize, maintain, and store merchandise following Chanel standards
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand procedures
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with supervision
• Support opening and closing procedures and other Heart of House activities
• Collaborate with boutique team members to ensure smooth operations and client service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support operational standards
