Operations Associate - Miami Design District

Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of inventory and stock transactions to support store sales goals and customer service. The role ensures store replenishment, maintains a clean and organized stockroom, and handles incoming and outgoing shipments. This position involves regular physical activity, close attention to detail, and collaboration with the store team to uphold merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and timely
• Maintain store replenishment and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor
• Complete weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments via store systems and carriers
• Monitor consignment and negative reports and communicate stock issues to management
• Report and follow up on IT and equipment service tickets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom and follow opening and closing procedures
• Assist in training new staff on stock and operations procedures
• Monitor and process online orders and support sales colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and repetitively lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and meet vision requirements for close and distance work
• Preferred: 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer
• Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with store inventory systems
