Responsibilities- Operate laser inscription equipment and maintain the accuracy and quality of the inscription process on all Tiffany & Co. diamonds.
- Support risk mitigation and processing for all qualifying diamonds into the Grading Lab using Sarine technology.
- Perform adjustments and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Coordinate routine performance maintenance and communicate equipment issues promptly to leadership.
- Lead training sessions around machine operation and create SOP documentation.
- Provide support to TCO/Laurelton partners and assist with various projects and tasks.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience operating and maintaining machines and/or technological equipment.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Preferred: Diamond Grading Diploma and experience with Sarine proportion evaluation equipment.
