Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. Maintains efficient processes across shipping and receiving, inventory, stockroom, cash office, repairs, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and assess store processes to suggest improvements.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, transfers, shipping documents, alterations, inventory counts, sales tickets, and invoices.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies; coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and support loss prevention and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred; strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook, preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with store teams.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office; lift up to 30 pounds and climb a ladder as trained.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
