Summary
Responsible for directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store at the Crystals location, ensuring shipping and receiving policies and procedures are followed, maintaining organized inventory and supporting store operations and visual needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion
- Manage and process inter-store transfers stock rotations and incoming outgoing shipments per policies
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise not on the sales floor
- Prepare and complete inventories and cycle counts and participate in reconciliation
- Ensure merchandise is ticketed and packaging levels are maintained and replenished
- Document client deliveries track and locate merchandise and troubleshoot missing deliveries
- Support visual merchandising moving and storing fixtures furniture merchandise and props
- Assist with facility and fixture maintenance coordinating cleaning and repair when required
- Assist other departments and support store image and housekeeping as needed
Requirements
- Experience handling inventory shipping receiving and transfer processes
- Ability to maintain organized secure stock rooms and manage packaging and ticketing
- Skill in preparing inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Capability to support visual merchandising and move fixtures and merchandise
- Strong attention to detail for documenting deliveries and tracking merchandise
- Ability to follow company policies procedures and paperwork for inventory maintenance
- Customer service orientation when assisting clients and handling deliveries
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping and move fixtures and stock
