Operations Professional - Bloor Street

Summary

As an Operations Professional you will deliver the Tiffany Experience through outstanding client service and efficient store operations. You will support order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and care for merchandise while partnering with client advisors and management to enhance client satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and transfers according to company procedures.
• Clean and handle jewelry, accept repairs, and maintain merchandise presentation and store amenities.
• Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support client advisors by responding to phone and email inquiries and helping generate sales opportunities.
• Champion operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and act on client feedback and NPS performance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to perform varied daily tasks.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
• Preferred: A college or university degree.
