PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

The PT Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, representing the Ralph Lauren lifestyle through personalized styling and relationship building. This role focuses on driving individual sales, supporting team goals, and leveraging digital tools for clienteling while participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Support achievement of store sales goals and individual KPIs through proactive selling and business growth strategies.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, maintain store visual standards, and participate in training and store initiatives.
• Balance operational tasks on the sales floor, including register operation, stock room support, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; comfort using digital selling tools and CRM.
