Summary

Part-time Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. They drive individual sales results, nurture client relationships using digital tools, and support the store team to meet performance goals. This role serves as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to build and maintain client relationships and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer-centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and provide feedback on category opportunities.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and training to support business results.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM platforms to capture customer data.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
