Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will create refined, personalized shopping experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. You will build client relationships, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and contribute to the stores sales performance while supporting team development and visual standards. This role is an entry point to future management opportunities within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and tailored styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and support team achievement of monthly and annual sales plans.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital selling tools and adapting service for remote or in-person customers.
