Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, curating personalized styling and building lasting client relationships to drive sales. This role leverages product knowledge and digital tools to support clienteling and individual business growth. The Sales Ambassador supports store standards, visual presentation, and team training, and serves as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance and meet KPIs (SPH, data capture) to support store goals.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and use company guidelines to present product effectively.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling using digital tools preferred.
