PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling in a high-volume specialty retail environment. The role focuses on clienteling, driving individual sales performance, and supporting store standards and team success. Acts as an entry point for future management opportunities through coaching and leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized customer service and product recommendations to drive sales.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, cultivate relationships, and support clienteling.
• Support team sales goals and KPIs by contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and presentation.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and willingness to use CRM for client outreach preferred.
