Part-Time Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will deliver elevated customer service and personalized styling to build lasting client relationships and drive sales. This part-time retail role supports store performance through clienteling, visual standards, and coaching of brand ambassadors. The position is an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales goals through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital tools for clienteling.
• Capture customer data in CRM tools to support ongoing client relationships.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent, customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to merchandising and presentation.
• Support store initiatives, training, recruiting, and community outreach activities.
• Balance tasks on the sales floor, cashwrap, and stock areas while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register and be on your feet, walk, and stand for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock/dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM for clienteling preferred.
