Responsibilities- Increase the number of VICs in the database and engage and retain them.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
Requirements- At least 7 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong client following and interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Exhibits strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
