Summary
The Product Manager 2 on the Selling Empowerment team partners with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and deliver data driven tools that empower store teams and improve store performance. This role focuses on shaping roadmaps, translating business goals into product requirements, and supporting go to market and operational excellence in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Selling Empowerment tools.
- Translate business goals into product requirements including user stories and process flows.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as OKRs and KPIs.
- Use data and user feedback to iterate on product usability and performance.
- Support go to market activities including UAT and change management.
- Build relationships with selling leaders and cross functional partners to align priorities.
- Triage and resolve product issues in partnership with engineering.
- Maintain backlog of enhancements and technical debt.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally in retail or e commerce.
- Customer focused with passion for empowering frontline employees.
- Strong analytical skills to define and measure product impact.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development principles.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with engineering design and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot based on new learnings and opportunities.
