Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients on the sales floor, delivering personalized service and thoughtful styling recommendations. They drive individual sales through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools while supporting store visual standards and team initiatives. This part-time role focuses on meeting sales goals and developing client relationships that can lead to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Capture customer data in CRM (Polo Connect) to support clienteling and follow-up.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and support team training initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and displays.
• Support hiring efforts, participate in store initiatives, and adapt selling for remote or in-person customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for client outreach.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
