Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and curate refined lifestyle experiences by applying product knowledge, personalized styling and clienteling techniques. This part-time, store-based role drives sales through outreach, digital tools and one-to-one client relationships while supporting visual standards and team initiatives. Ambassadors also help develop peers and contribute to store performance and community efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Assist with recruiting, training and providing feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable operating a register, standing and walking for extended periods and moving around the sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools to sell and engage customers preferred.
