Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through in-person and digital outreach
• Provide styling advice and product fit recommendations
• Use selling tools including text and social media to grow customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready department
• Grow customer base by opening new rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
