Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and measure customers to recommend proper size and styles.
- Deliver personalized styling advice and honest feedback to build loyalty.
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital outreach including text and social media.
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer ready department.
- Participate in ongoing product and fashion training provided by the company and brands.
- Use networking and technology to engage customers and drive sales.
