Summary

Provide fashion and lingerie sales support by helping customers find products that meet their style and fit needs. Build customer relationships and work toward sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using available selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful, honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge to support customers.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and completing markdowns and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and collaborate with the team.
