Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and confident feedback on style and fit.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexibly and occasionally assist in departments other than the assigned area.
