Customer-focused salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through styling, relationship building, and use of selling tools such as text and social media. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments based on business needs
