Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to customers, build lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and support department presentation and sales goals. Deliver empathetic service during intimate apparel fittings and use product knowledge and networking to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
• Provide personalized styling and honest fit guidance to build customer loyalty
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Collaborate with team to maintain a customer ready department
• Perform tasks such as filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Participate in training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
• Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for diverse customers
