Summary

The Retail Stock & Fulfillment team member is responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role supports store operations by maintaining organized stockrooms and assisting with store events and visual changes. The position requires attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders, including packing and shipping to quality standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store needs such as markdowns, fixture relocations, and special event setup

• Physical ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours, frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
