The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds client relationships, contributes to sales goals, and supports an inclusive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow individual business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Support team sales plans and meet or exceed individual performance indicators.
• Help coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
