Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and leveraging digital tools for clienteling.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs and supporting team sales plans.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to build customer centric behaviors and relationship skills.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and presentation guidelines.
• Participate in store training, company initiatives, and community outreach activities.
• Support talent sourcing and recruitment efforts for the store.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
