Summary

The Sales Ambassador curates exceptional client experiences on the sales floor, leveraging product knowledge and personalized styling to build lasting customer relationships and drive store performance. This role supports team sales goals, coaches peers, and uses digital tools to enhance clienteling and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting key performance indicators and supporting sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and store standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
