Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through personalized styling, product knowledge, and clienteling. The role supports store performance and coaching of peers while maintaining visual standards and participating in store initiatives. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the use of digital tools and CRM to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and providing tailored styling recommendations.
• Drive personal sales and support team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM (Polo connect) to capture customer data and extend client relationships.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and use company guidelines to present product effectively.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, outreach, and talent sourcing efforts.
• Adapt selling approach for remote and in-person customers to meet varied customer needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort operating the register, standing and walking for multiple hours, and working the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and CRM preferred.
