Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and curates refined lifestyle experiences for clients in a luxury retail environment. They leverage product knowledge, personalized styling, and digital clienteling tools to build lasting relationships and achieve sales KPIs. This part-time role supports store initiatives, visual standards, and can serve as an entry point to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and high-touch customer service to drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital tools.
• Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors.
• Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools (Polo Connect) to support clienteling.
• Maintain store visual standards and presentation per company guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, training, and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock/dressing rooms.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling using digital tools and CRM preferred.
